| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje implementaci směrnice 2018/2001 o podpoře využívání obnovitelných zdrojů se zaměřením na oblast vytápění a chlazení. První část práce se zaměřuje na legislativu Evropské unie, druhá část se soustředí na podporu obnovitelných zdrojů v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda novela zákona č. 165/2012 Sb., o podporovaných zdrojích energie zavede potřebná opatření, díky kterým bude dosaženo cíle stanoveného směrnicí 2018/2001. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about implementation of Directive 2018/2001 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources focusing on the heating and cooling sector. First part describes European Union legislation, second part deals with support of renewable sources in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate if the amendment to the Act No. 165/2012 on Supported Energy Sources creates necessary measures that will help to achieve the aim set by Directive 2018/2001. |
