| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vývojem právní úpravy podnikání v oblasti chovu skotu v konvenčním a ekologickém zemědělství v České republice. V rámci kapitoly je objasněno téma GMO free mléka v České republice a v Německu. Práce obsahuje popis struktury zemědělských dotací a některé konkrétní příklady jednotlivých typů dotací. V závěru je objasněn vliv výkupní ceny hovězího masa a mléka na počet kusů skotu v konvenčním a ekologickém zemědělství v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the evolution of legal aspects of enterprise in the field of breeding cattle in both the conventional farming and the organic farming in the Czech Republic. The topic of GMO free milk in the Czech Republic and in Germany is clarified in the chapter. The thesis contains description of agricultural subsidies structure and some examples of subsidies. Finally, the impact of feed-in price of beef and milk on a number of cattle in the conventional farming and the organic farming in the Czech Republic is explained. |
