| Abstract: | Předmětem zkoumání této diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice do památky. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na město Mělník, které je řádným členem Sdružení historických sídel Čech, Moravy a Slezska. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře se Sdružením historických sídel Čech, Moravy a Slezska a jeho aktivitami, přibližuje téma investic a vysvětluje základní pojmy v oblasti kulturních památek. Praktická část práce uvádí navrženou metodologii hodnocení efektivnosti investice do památky. Dále dochází k praktickému ověření pomocí získaných ukazatelů. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky analýzy a na jejich základě uvádí doporučení k dalšímu sběru statistických údajů městem. |

| Abstract: | Subject of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment in cultural heritage. Specifically focusing on city Mělník, which is the member of the organization Sdružení historických sídel Čech, Moravy a Slezska.The theoretical part of the thesis introduces organization Sdružení historických sídel Čech, Moravy a Slezska and its acitivities, describes types of the investment and explains basic concept of cultural heritage.The practical part of the thesis presents proposed methodology for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment in cultural heritage and its practical examination. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes results of the analysis and based on these results provides recommendations for further collection of statistical data. |
