| Abstract: | This thesis aims to obtain primary data for the purpose of analysis of motivation programs in a specific company in two different countries. It consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes different motivation theories and explains the basic concepts of those. In the practical part, research is performed through a qualitative method based on semi-structured non-standardized interviews and a quantitative method based on the self-administrated questionnaire. The questionnaire is built on the data obtained from one – on – one interview. The results of the qualitative research are analyzed using “grounded theory”, while the quantitative data is represented in tables and charts. In the end, all the gathered data is compared to the described theories. This thesis also has recommendations based on the outcomes of the researches. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je získat primární data pro účely analýzy motivačních programů v konkrétní společnosti ve dvou různých zemích. Skládá se ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje různé motivační teorie a vysvětluje jejich základní pojmy. V praktické části je výzkum prováděn kvalitativní metodou založenou na polostrukturovaných nestandardizovaných rozhovorech a kvantitativní metodou založenou na samostatně spravovaném dotazníku. Dotazník je založen na údajích získaných z jednoho rozhovoru. Výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu jsou analyzovány pomocí „zakotvené teorie“, zatímco kvantitativní údaje jsou uvedeny v tabulkách a grafech. Nakonec jsou všechna shromážděná data porovnána s popsanými teoriemi. Tato práce má také doporučení na základě výsledků výzkumů. |
