| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá logistikou malých pivovarů především obalovou logistikou. Cílem práce bylo zanalyzování prvků logistického řetězce čtyř minipivovarů se zaměřením na problematiku obalů. Práce zahrnuje seznámení s minipivovary a pivním průmyslem ČR. Dále formou dotazování došlo ke zjištění názorů spotřebitelů o aspektech rozhodování při nákupu piva. Na problematiku pivních obalů je pohlíženo i z pohledu maloobchodu. Ve zpracovaném tématu je uvedeno porovnání používaných druhů obalů dle jejich vlastností a výhled do budoucna z hlediska ekologie a pandemie koronaviru. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the logistics of small breweries, especially packaging logistics. The aim of the work was to analyze the elements of the logistics chain of four minibreweries with a focus on the issue of packaging. The work includes acquaintance with minibreweries and beer industry in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, in the form of inquiries, consumers' opinions on aspects of decision-making when buying beer were ascertained. The issue of beer packaging is also viewed from the point of view of retail. The processed topic presents a comparison of the types of packaging used according to their properties and the outlook for the future in terms of ecology and pandemics of coronavirus. |
