| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to describe the business and investment environment of the Tunisian Republic and further describe why it could be interesting for any probable investors or entrepreneurs. Firstly the historical background and the economic development of the country are examined. Then, the Tunisia's four environments are investigated using the PEST analysis. Lastly, Business and investment opportunities are presented along with a brief overview of the World Bank's "Doing Business" report. |

| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat podnikatelské a investiční prostředí Tuniské republiky a dále popsat, proč tato země může být zajímavá pro investory nebo podnikatele. Nejprve je prozkoumán historický základ a ekonomický rozvoj země. Poté je podnikatelské prostředí v Tunisku analyzováno při využití PEST analýzy. V poslední části jsou představeny podnikatelské a investiční příležitost současně s krátkým přehledem žebříčku "Doing Business" zpracovaného Světovou bankou. |
