| Abstract: |
This thesis is designed to evaluate the perspective of the Russian Market for the strategic development of innovative business on the example of Czech software company-Memsource. This thesis aims to compound comprehensive sector analyses of the Russian market for Memsource and provide a strategic evaluation.The first chapter provides an overview of company Memsource, their strategy, and current market position. The second chapter reveals the macroeconomic, business, and competitive environment of the Russian market provides risk analysis based on the impact of PESTL factors on foreign businesses, such as Memsource. The third chapter contains a sector analysis of the potential target market and outlines the main trends related to innovations in Russia. The last chapter provides the evaluation of the Russian Market for Memsource through SWOT analysis and outlines a suitable strategy for expansion. |

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení perspektivy ruského trhu pro strategický rozvoj inovativního podnikání na příkladu české softwarové společnosti Memsource. Cílem této práce je sloučit komplexní sektorové analýzy ruského trhu pro Memsource a poskytnout strategické zhodnocení.První kapitola poskytuje přehled o společnosti Memsource, její strategii a aktuální pozici na trhu. Druhá kapitola odhaluje makroekonomické, obchodní a konkurenční prostředí ruského trhu,poskytuje analýzu rizik založenou na dopadu PESTL faktorů na zahraniční podniky, jako je právě Memsource.Třetí kapitola obsahuje sektorovou analýzu potenciálního cílového trhu a nastiňuje hlavní trendy, které souvisejí s inovacemi v Rusku.Poslední kapitola poskytuje zhodnocení ruského trhu pro Memsource pomocí SWOT analýzy a nastiňuje vhodnou strategii pro expanzi. |
