| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis on bringing the concept of boutique fitness to the Czech Republic. The main objective is to explain the main steps which should be taken in order to develop a business plan for a new business. The first part of this thesis provides a theoretical overview of the concept and experience with it in the world. The second part is dedicated to the preparation of the business plan and conducted all related analysis for it. The third part evaluates the possible scenarios of business payback period and finds the most realistic one. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na implementaci nového konceptu „Boutique fitness“ v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je uvést základní kroky vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro novou firmu. První část práce je věnována teoretickému popisu konceptu a zkušeností s tímto konceptem fitness klubů ve světě. Druhá část slouží k vypracování podnikatelského plánu včetně všech souvisejících s tím analýz. Třetí část se zabývá vyhodnocením a zvolením nejvhodnějšího scénáře návratnosti kapitálu. |
