| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou znevýhodněného segmentu v cestovním ruchu, a to osobami neslyšícími a osobami s jiným sluchovým postižením. Cílem práce je najít vhodná a efektivní řešení pro zpřístupnění služeb v cestovním ruchu pro osoby se sluchovým postižením. První kapitola se věnuje pojmu cestovní ruch pro všechny, rozlišuje pojmy přístupný a sociální cestovní ruch, hledá bariéry a příležitosti na straně nabídky a poptávky. Druhá kapitola je věnována lidem se zdravotním postižením, rozlišení druhů zdravotních postižení a vad a komunikaci s jedinci s danými zdravotními problémy. Zaměření na neslyšící a osoby se sluchovým postižením je ve třetí kapitole, kde jsou také informace, jak s těmito lidmi správně komunikovat. Čtvrtá kapitola nabízí rozbor dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjištění chování osob se sluchovým postižením v cestovním ruchu. V páté kapitole jsou popsány dva konkrétní příklady služeb pro osoby se sluchovým postižením využitelné v cestovním ruchu. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá ekonomickým chováním účastníků cestovního ruchu se sluchovým postižením a aspektem navržených řešení a jejich finanční náročnosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of disadvantaged segment of tourism, namely the deaf and hard of hearing people. The goal is to find suitable solutions for accessibility for them in tourism. The first chapter focuses on tourism for all, distinguishes terms as accessible and social tourism and looks for barriers and opportunities on both the supply and demand side. The second chapter is focused on people with different kinds of disabilities and on communication with individuals with certain health problems. Focus on deaf and hard of hearing people is included in the third chapter where information is available on how to approach them in personal communication. The fourth chapter offers an analysis of the questionnaire survey, about behavior of persons with hearing impairment in tourism. In the fifth chapter, there is a description of two specific examples of best practices for people with hearing loss. The final chapter deals with the economic behavior of participants with hearing impairment and finding solutions for overcoming barriers in tourism for people with hearing loss. |
