| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je ukázat regulaci a vliv státní politiky Ruska na místní farmaceutický trh, cenotvorbu a dále vysvětlit jednotlivé aspekty podnikání ve farmaceutickém odvětví v podmínkách ruské legislativy s využitím příkladu mezinárodní společnosti MSD. První část je zaměřena na podmínky vstupu na ruský farmaceutický trh. Druhá kapitola popisuje cíle a směry státní politiky Ruska v systému zdravotnictví a jednotlivé programy v rámci tohoto systému. Další část je věnována ekonomickému chování farmaceutických firem v podmínkách ruské legislativy. Poslední kapitolou je analýza ekonomické činnosti mezinárodní společnosti MSD v podmínkách fungování ruského farmaceutického trhu, která obsahuje lokalizaci její výroby, postavení na trhu, analýzu prodejů, jednotlivé aspekty podnikání v reáliích ruského farmaceutického trhu a budoucí plány vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to show the regulation and influence of Russian legislation on the local pharmaceutical market, price formation; and further to explain individual aspects of business in the pharmaceutical sector in the conditions of Russian legislation using the example of the international company MSD. The first chapter focuses on the conditions of entry into the Russian pharmaceutical market. The second chapter describes the aims and directions of Russia's state policy in the healthcare system and individual programs within this system. The next part is devoted to the economic behavior of pharmaceutical companies in the conditions of Russian legislation. The last chapter is an analysis of the economic activity of the international company MSD in the conditions of the Russian pharmaceutical market, which includes the localization of its production, market position, sales analysis, individual aspects of doing business in the realities of the Russian pharmaceutical market and future development plans. |
