| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá cirkulární ekonomikou v Evropské unii a v České republice. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit dosavadní pokrok při přechodu na oběhové hospodářství v EU a ČR, a to především prostřednictvím dosud realizovaných opatření a indikátorů pro sledování oběhového hospodářství. Práce představuje koncept cirkulární ekonomiky a jeho prvky. Dále se věnuje nástrojům EU pro podporu oběhového hospodářství a hodnotí dosavadní pokrok a přetrvávající výzvy v jeho jednotlivých aspektech. Poslední část se zabývá opatřeními pro podporu cirkulární ekonomiky v ČR a zhodnocením dosaženého pokroku a přetrvávajících překážek. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the circular economy in the European Union and in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to assess the progress achieved to date in the transition to a circular economy in the EU and the Czech Republic, primarily through the implemented measures and indicators for monitoring the circular economy. The thesis presents the concept of the circular economy and its elements. It also deals with EU instruments to support the circular economy and assesses progress to date and persisting challenges in its various aspects. The last part focuses on measures regarding the circular economy in the Czech Republic and the evaluation of the progress achieved and the remaining obstacles. |
