| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat hospodářské výsledky nemocnic v Ústeckém a Středo-českém kraji v závislosti na majiteli a právní formě zkoumaných nemocnic. Z dostupných pramenů jsou získávána data v podobě hospodářských výsledků a dalších informací o dané nemocnici. Data jsou následně analyzována multinásobnou regresí a řeší hypotézu, že soukromé nemocnice mají vyrovnanější rozpočet. Z výsledků dle analýzy vyplývá, že právní forma na hospodaření nemocnice až takový vliv nemá, ale majitel ano. Nemocnice, které mají soukromého majitele, dosahují lepších hospodářských výsledků než nemocnice, které jsou spravovány obcemi nebo veřejnými institucemi. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this work is to analyze the economic results of hospitals in the Usti Region and Central Bohemian Region, depending on the owner and the legal form of the examined hospitals. Data are collected from all available sources, including economic results and another informations about examinated hospitals. The data are then analyzed by multiple regressions. The hypothesis is that the private-owned hospitals have more balanced budget than public-owned one. According to the analysis, the results show that the legal form does not have such an effect on the hospital's management, but the owner does. Private-owned hospitals have better econonic results than public ones. |
