| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou koordinace. Koordinace je zajišťována prostřednictvím koordinačních mechanismů. Tato práce se blíže zabývá konkrétním vlivem jednoho z nich, meetingů. U meetingů je zkoumána jejich efektivita. Cílem práce je ověření, zda meetingy v organizacích plní svou koordinační roli (roli koordinačního mechanismu) a jsou tedy efektivní. Pro ověření výzkumné otázky je v práci konstruován model efektivity meetingu, který je analyzován, a je z něho v praktické části vycházeno. K jeho vyhodnocení bylo využito vícenásobné lineární regrese, která vyhodnocovala dílčí stanovené hypotézy, které vedou ke zodpovězení výzkumné otázky. V práci je také seznámeno s doporučeními a strategiemi, jak je případně možné efektivitu meetingu zvyšovat. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with meetings from the coordination point of view. Meetings are one of the coordination mechanism through which coordination is fulfilled. The goal of this work is to verify whether a coordination role influences the effectiveness of meetings. The coordination role is represented through the process and outcome perspective. A model of meetings’ effectiveness is constructed and analyzed with the use of multiple linear regression method. Partial hypotheses proved an influence of coordination role on meetings’ effectiveness. Research findings also provide recommendations and strategies for increasing the meetings‘ effectiveness in the organizations. |
