| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Výzkum byl proveden v příspěvkové organizaci Domov pro seniory Jevišovice, která poskytuje sociální a zdravotní péči seniorům. Předmětem zkoumání byla míra celkové pracovní spokojenosti, míra spokojenosti s jednotlivými faktory pracovní spokojenosti i jejich důležitost pro zaměstnance. Na základě analýzy pracovní spokojenosti a identifikace faktorů, které se na utváření pracovní spokojenosti podílí největší mírou, bylo možné předložit návrhy a doporučení, jejichž aplikace by měla vést ke zvyšování pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců v tomto zařízení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of employee satisfaction in the selected health-care facility. The research has been carried out with the use of questionnaire among employees of Domov pro seniory Jevišovice, which provides social and health care for the elderly. The purpose of the thesis is to determine the level of employee satisfaction and to draw recommendations to increase the level of satisfaction among employees. The aim of the thesis is not just to identify weaknesses in the field of employee satisfaction. Survey also aims to identify the most significant factors affecting overall employee satisfaction. The findings along with recommendations are summarized in the last part of the thesis. |
