| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat a shrnout kritikuHofstedeho dimenzív obchodním kontextu. První část práce se věnuje kultuře v obecném pojetí, kulturním dimenzím a možnosti využívání Hofstedeho modelu, přesněji v marketingu amanagementu. Druhá část zkoumá pomocí systematického přehledu vyskytující seargumenty kritiky Hofstedeho dimenzí v odborných publikacích, které zařazuje dologických celků podle jejich typu argumentu a dává tak komplexní přehled za použitínázorů různých autorů. V části Diskuze je pak práce zaměřena na neaktuálnost Hofstedeho dimenzí v současném globalizovaném světě, respektive na měnící se povahunárodních kultur a jejich rozdílů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to analyze and summarize the critique of Hofstede's dimensions in the business context. The first part of the thesis deals with culture in general, cultural dimensions and the possibility of using the Hofstede’s model in marketing and management. The second part of the work, with the help of a systemic review, examines the existing arguments of the critique of Hofstede's dimensions in professional publications. The arguments are classified into logical units according to their type of argument and thus gives a comprehensive overview using the views of various authors. In the Discussion section, the work focuses on the outdatedness of Hofstede's dimensions in contemporary globalized world, or rather on the changing nature of national cultures and their differences. |
