Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá státní podporou rodin s dětmi formou dávek ze systému sociálního zabezpečení. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení státní sociální podpory v obou státech. Práce je tematicky členěna do pěti kapitol. První a druhá kapitola pojednává o sociální politice, definuje související pojmy a informuje o pramenech právní úpravy sociálního zabezpečení na úrovni mezinárodního práva veřejného a práva EU. Kapitoly tři a čtyři pojednávají o systému sociálního zabezpečení se zaměřením na rodiny s dětmi, přičemž největší důraz je kladen na státní sociální podporu v obou zemích se zřetelem na odlišnou právní úpravu. Pátá kapitola porovnává a zhodnocuje charakteristiku, organizaci, financování a dávky státní sociální podpory v obou zemích na základě předem určených srovnávacích kritérií. |

Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with state social support of families with children in the form of social security benefits. The thesis compares and evaluates state social support system in the Czech Republic and Luxembourg and is divided into five chapters. The first chapter defines social policy and topic related concepts. The second chapter informs about social security legislation within the meaning of public international law and European Union law. Chapters three and four deal with social security system in both countries with regards to families and children, while placing emphasis on state social support. The last chapter compares and evaluates the characteristics, organization and financing of state social support in both countries. Family benefits are compared on the basis of predetermined criteria. |
