| Abstract: | Autorka se v diplomové práci zabývá porovnáním právní úpravy týkající se spotřebitelských úvěru v ČR a Itálii. V rámci šesti kapitol podává přehled o české a italské úpravě základních prvků spojených s uzavíráním spotřebitelských úvěrů. Úpravy v jednotlivých zemích následně metodou komparace vzájemně porovnává a hodnotí. Na základě porovnání vytváří doporučení pro legislativní orgány, o nichž se domnívá, že by mohla zefektivit stávající právní úpravu. V neposlední řadě stanovuje prognózu budoucího vývoje současného nastavení právních předpisů v zemích. |

| Abstract: | The author deals with the comparison of legislation concerning consumer credits in the Czech Republic and Italy. In six chapters, she provides an overview of the Czech and Italian regulation of the basic elements associated with conclusion of consumer credits. The elements in individual countries are then compared and evaluated using the method of comparison. Based on the comparison, the author makes recommendations for the legislators, which she believes might improve the existing legislation. Last but not least, the author predicts future development of the current legislation in the countries. |
