| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je odhadnutí možných latentních komparativních výhod Nepálu. Práce vychází z teorie nové strukturální ekonomie a metodiky Growth Identification and Facilitation Framework určené pro odhad latentní komparativní výhody. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretická východiska. Druhá kapitola se zabývá ekonomickou charakteristikou Nepálu. Ve třetí kapitole je obsažen odhad latentních komparativních výhod. Čtvrtá kapitola diskutuje překážky, omezení a doporučení související s rozvojem odvětví s možnou latentní komparativní výhodou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to estimate the potential latent comparative advantages of Nepal. The thesis is based on the theory of the new structural economics and the Growth Identification and Facilitation Framework methodology designated for the estimation of latent comparative advantage. The first chapter is focused on theoretical foundations. The second chapter deals with economic features of Nepal. The third chapter contains the estimation of latent comparative advantages. The fourth chapter discusses the hindrances, constraints and recommendations related to development of the industry with the potential latent comparative advantages. |
