| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem fragmentace rozvojové pomoci u donorů z Výboru OECD pro rozvojovou spolupráci v období mezi lety 2000 a 2015. Jako cíl si vytyčuje postihnout trendy ve fragmentaci pomoci a možný vliv mezinárodních dohod na poskytování pomoci ve sledovaném období. Za tímto účelem je práce členěna do tří kapitol. Nejprve představuje problematiku fragmentace a možná řešení pro snižování negativních jevů spojených s tříštěním pomoci. Dále se zaměřuje na vybrané donory a zkoumá nejdůležitější mezinárodní dohody o efektivnosti pomoci. V poslední části je analyzována fragmentace nejprve na úrovni států a poté na úrovni sektorů na případu Myanmaru. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of aid fragmentation of the OECD‘s Development Assistance Committee members in the period between 2000 and 2015. The aim is to identify trends in aid fragmentation and a possible influence of the international agreements on aid effectiveness on the development cooperation in the set period. For this purpose, the thesis consists of three chapters. Firstly, it introduces the phenomenon of aid fragmentation and the possible solutions to prevent negative impacts of aid fragmentation. Secondly, it focuses on the selected group of donors and studies the international agreements on aid effectiveness. The last chapter analyses aid fragmentation on the cross-country level and on the in-country level in the case of Myanmar. |
