| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit vietnamskou gastronomii v Praze se zaměřením na vietnamské kavárny, jmenovitě kavárny Anthill a Cafefin. Bakalářská páce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Byly zde použity metody syntézy, pozorování, deskripce, indukce a dedukce. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy cestovního ruchu, je obecně představen Vietnam, jeho kultura a zvyklosti. Dále je popsán příchod vietnamských příslušníků do Čech, jsou přiblížena specifika vietnamské kuchyně a vietnamských kaváren. V praktické části nalezneme vlastní výzkum, který se provedl pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s provozovateli vybraných kaváren. Na závěr je vypracovaný návrh pro zvýšení atraktivity kaváren na základě provedeného výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce vietnamese gastronomy in Prague with focus on Vietnamese café’s – specifically café Anthill and Cafefin. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The methods used, while writing the bachelor thesis were synthesis, observation, description, induction and deduction. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to defining basic terminology of tourism, description of Vietnam, it’s culture, gastronomy and first Vietnamese residents in Czech Republic. The following parts are about specifics of Vietnamese gastronomy and café’s. The practical part consists of research, which was conducted via survey and interviews. To conclude, the thesis suggests recommendation to the businesses to increase the attractivity. |
