| Abstract: | Tato práce řeší kvalitu potravin a její vliv na zdraví spotřebitele. Mapuje potravinový řetězec od výrobce přes prodejce až po zákazníka s ohledem na úlohu a regulační možnosti státu. Práce dále pojednává o nástrojích, prostřednictvím kterých je spotřebitel chráněn před nebezpečnými potravinami a které mu v závislosti na jeho aktivním přístupu umožní nalézt potraviny s minimem negativních dopadů na jeho zdraví. Důraz na roli zákazníka a jeho rozhodování je akcentován v rámci celé práce, jejíž součástí je průzkum názorů české veřejnosti. Úlohou dotazníkového šetření bylo mj. prověřit, do jaké míry teoretické závěry této práce konvenují s nákupním chováním českého spotřebitele. |

| Abstract: | This work addresses the quality of food and its impact on consumer health. Maps the food chain from manufacturer to reseller and to the final customer regarding the role and regulatory capabilities of the state. This paper lists system tools that protect consumers from dangerous food and help consumers to actively access food with a minimum of negative impacts on their health. This work emphasizes the role of the customer, his decision-making is accentuated throughout the work, which includes a survey of the opinions of Czech consumers. The role of the questionnaire survey was, among other things, unexpected, to what extent the theoretical conclusions of this work convers with the shopping behavior of the Czech consumer. |
