| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí genderových mzdových nerovností v České republice. Cílem práce je podrobně zkoumat faktory, které mají na vznik těchto mzdových rozdílů vliv. Diplomová práce v sobě obsahuje tři základní části a to rešerši zdrojů, výzkumnou část a závěr. Tato práce bude využívat z velké části sekundární data dostupná z příslušných databází Českého statistického úřadu a Eurostatu. První dva segmenty výzkumné části se zabývají zkoumáním faktorů, které mohou být stěžejními důvody vzniku mzdových nerovností na trhu práce v ČR a vybraných zemích EU. Poslední část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení vlastního dotazníkové šetření. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the area of gender pay inequalities in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to examine in detail the factors that have an impact on the rise of gender pay gap. The diploma thesis contains three basic parts: research of resources, research part and conclusion. This work will largely use secondary data available from relevant databases of the Czech Statistical Office and Eurostat. The first two segments of the research part deal with the investigation of factors that may be the main reasons for the rise of wage inequalities in the labor market in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. The last part of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the questionnaire. |
