| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení kapitálové struktury minipivovarů v České republice. Z determinant kapitálové struktury je práce zaměřena na zadluženost, rentabilitu a ostatní determinanty, jako je velikost a věk podnikatelského subjektu, běžná likvidita, struktura aktiv, úroková míra a růst. Pro naplnění cíle jsou navrženy tři výzkumné otázky. První výzkumná otázka řeší, jaká je zadluženost výběrového souboru minipivovarů. Druhá výzkumná otázka se zabývá závislostí zadluženosti a ostatních determinant, jsou formulovány hypotézy, které se statisticky testují pomocí Spearmanova korelačního koeficientu. Poslední otázka je řešena prostřednictvím zkoumání vlivu zadluženosti na rentabilitu vlastního kapitálu prostřednictvím pyramidálního rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu a aplikací logaritmické metody pro zkoumání míry vlivu dílčích ukazatelů na celkovou diferenci ukazatele vrcholového. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the capital structure of minibreweries in Czech republic. From the determinants of capilat structure this thesis is focused on indebtedness, profitability and other determinants, such as size and age of business entity, current ratio, asset structure, interest rate and growth. To achieve the goal of this thesis, three research questions are raised. First research question deals with indebtedness of selected group of minibreweries. Second research question focuses on dependence of indebtedness and other determinants and hypothesis are formulated. These hypothesis are statistically tested by Spearman correlation coefficient. The last research question examines the effect of indebtedness on retur on equity. This is done by pyramidal decomposition of return on equity and logarithmic method which examines rate of influence of sub-indicators ond the overal difference of main indicator. |
