| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací chatbota pro Vysokou školu ekonomickou v Praze. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh a implementace pilotního projektu chatbota, který umožní studentům získávat relevantní akademické informace na jednom místě a v reálném čase. Chatbot je také schopný zaznamenávat uskutečněné konverzace a představuje nový způsob zisku relevantních informací pocházejících přímo od studentů, díky čemuž umožňuje identifikovat potenciální mezery v dostupných informacích. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, přičemž nejprve se věnuje komentované rešerši akademických prací, úvodu do technologie chatbotů, jejich historickému vývoji, základní kategorizaci a konkrétním příkladům. Druhá část je zaměřena na specifikaci domény, analýzu trhu dostupných open-source řešení a analýzu požadavků definovaných jak školou, tak i samotnými studenty. V poslední části je pak chatbot navržen, dle návrhu implementován a nasazen na veřejně přístupné prostředí dostupné pro všechny uživatele. V závěru práce je věnována podkapitola zpětné vazbě od uživatelů. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis consists of implementation of chatbot for University of Economics in Prague. Main goal of this thesis is to design and implement pilot chatbot project, allowing students an acquisition of relevant academic information at a single place and in the real time. Implemented chatbot can archive conversations and introduces a new way of gathering relevant information that originates directly from the students. Gathered data might also identify potential gaps in the available academic information. This thesis is further divided into three parts. The first part includes research of similar academic papers and theses, introduction of chatbot technologies, their historical development, basic categorization of chatbots and specific examples. In the second part, chatbot domain is further specified, set of requirements is defined and market analysis of open source chatbots is conducted. The last part is practical and deals with an actual chatbot design, followed by an implementation according to the said design and finally deploying the chatbot on public environment, which is accessible for all the visitors. After that, feedback from actual users is gathered and further analysed. |
