| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice stárnutí obyvatelstva a jeho dopadům v oblasti sociální péče v územně nižším celku v obci s rozšířenou působností Tachov. V práci je objasněna charakteristika základních demografických pojmů, nastíněna současná demografická situace v regionu, v Plzeňském kraji i v České republice a také provedena projekce vývoje počtu obyvatel v regionu od roku 2018 do roku 2050. Na základě této projekce je zpracován předpokládaný vývoj počtu příjemců příspěvku na péči a odhadnuta předpokládaná potřebná kapacita služeb dlouhodobé péče na území Tachovska. Zabezpečení kvalitní a odpovídající péče o stárnoucí osoby je jedním z klíčových témat, kterých se stárnutí populace dotýká. Pro plné pochopení této oblasti byly v diplomové práci vysvětlené pojmy sociální péče a zabezpečení, vymezeni jejich poskytovatelé a také představené druhy sociální péče jak na úrovni České republiky, tak především z hlediska zkoumaného území. Cílem práce je zmapování současného stavu a vytvoření budoucího odhadu, který poskytne potřebné podklady k lepšímu plánování sociálních služeb pro seniory v SO ORP Tachov. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of population aging and its impacts on social care in the lower territorial unit in the municipality with extended competence Tachov. The work explains the characteristics of basic demographic terms, outlines the current demographic situation in the region and the Czech Republic, and performs projections of population development from 2018 to 2050 in the region. Based on this projection, the expected development of the number of recipients of care allowances and the estimated need for long-term care capacity in the Tachov region is processed. The provision of quality and adequate care for the aging population is one of the key issues of aging populations. To fully understand this area, the thesis explained the concepts of social care and security, the definition of their providers, and also introduced types of social care both at the level of the Czech Republic and especially from the point of view of the surveyed area. The aim of the thesis is to map the current situation and to create a future estimate, which will provide the necessary documentation for better planning of social services for seniors in SO ORP Tachov. |
