| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zahrnuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy související s problematikou učitelství, motivace, stresu a syndromu vyhořením. V praktické části je představen a následně zhodnocen výzkum na vybraných středních školách. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda existuje vazba mezi délkou praxe a ztrátou pracovního nadšení učitelů na vybraných obchodních akademiích, zjistit jaké jsou stěžejní důvody ztráty pracovního nadšení a na základě těchto zjištění navrhnout možná řešení tohoto problému. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines concept related to problems of teaching, motivation, stress and burnout. In the practical part, research at selected secondary schools is presented and evaluated. The aim of this thesis is to find out if there is a link between the practice length and the loss of work enthusiasm of teachers at selected business academies and to find out what are the main reasons for the loss of work enthusiasm and to suggest possible solutions to this problem based on these findings, |
