| Abstract: | Lidské zdroje jsou stále častěji brány za největší bohatství, které organizace má. Proto se jim organizace stále více věnují. Bez schopných zaměstnanců by nikdy organizace nemohla dosáhnout svých cílů. Proto musí být nábor zaměstnanců v organizaci prováděn co nejlépe, aby organizace mohla získat co nejlepší zaměstnance. Nábor musí být dobře naplánován a uskutečněn. Schopní zaměstnanci představují totiž pro organizaci jednu z konkurenčních výhod. |

| Abstract: | Human resourses are more and more frequently regarded as the most precious company treasure. Any organisation is not able to achieve its goals without capable and educated employees. Recruitments have to be doing with all due carefulness in order to reckruite the best possible employee. Acquisition of new people has to be well planned and done because capable employees are one of the most important competitive advantages. |
