| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat možnosti řízení rizik pomocí využití zajišťovacího účetnictví z pohledu Mezinárodních a Českých účetních standardů. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení finančních nástrojů, derivátů a samotného zajišťovacího účetnictví. V této části jsou zároveň porovnány teoretické rozdíly mezi zmíněnými dvěma standardy. V druhé části je následně na skutečném podniku aplikováno zajišťovací účetnictví. V této části jsou demonstrovány již konkrétní rozdíly mezi standardy. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on describing various ways of managing risks using hedge accounting under the International Financial Reporting Standards and Czech Accounting Standards. The first part is devoted to the theoretical definition of financial instruments, derivatives and hedge accounting itself. The theoretical differences between the two standards are also compared in this part. In the practical part hedge accounting under is applied on a specific company. Actual differences between the two standards are shown in this section. |
