| Abstract: | Správa dokumentů je s rostoucím množstvím dokumentů aktuálním tématem pro stále větší množství podniků. Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem IT řešení správy dokumentů. Na základě literatury jsou v práci identifikovány typy IT řešení správy dokumentů, jejich klíčové vlastnosti a modely, kterými je lze do podniků dodávat. Následně je sestavena metodika, na jejímž základě je sestavena technická specifikace IT systému pro správu dokumentů. Přínosem práce je praktické využití technické specifikace při pořizování IT řešení pro správu dokumentů. |

| Abstract: | With the growing number of documents, document management is a current topic for an increasing number of companies. The thesis deals with the topic of document management solutions. Based on the literature, thesis are identified types of IT solutions for document management, their key features and models of delivery. Subsequently, a methodology is designed, on the basis of which the technical specification is compiled. The benefit of this thesis is the practical use of technical specification in the acquisition of IT solution for document management. |
