| Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl přednést a analyzovat jeden ze současných trendů, kterým je přechod na cloudové řešení, který je zaměřen na oblast projektového řízení v bankovní instituci. Realizace projektů probíhá v jakékoli organizaci ať už řízeně nebo intuitivně. V současné době je kladen velký důraz na optimalizaci podnikových nákladů a jedním z kroků je snížení fixních nákladů na pracoviště zaměstnance přechodem na sdílené pracoviště nebo na teleworking. Pro úspěšné dosažení tohoto cíle je nutné mít vhodný nástroj, který umožní projektovému týmu fungovat bez ohledu na použitou platformu nebo fyzické umístění pracovníka. Prvním hlavním cílem je tedy definování požadavků na nástroj, které vycházejí z praktických potřeb organizace. Následná analýza trhu s těmito nástroji umožňuje vybrat několik vhodných kandidátů, jež jsou následně detailněji prozkoumány a ohodnoceny dle předem daných hodnotících kritérií. Z tohoto srovnání je vybrán nástroj, který dosáhl nejlepšího hodnocení.Druhým hlavním cílem bylo sestavit proces implementace vybraného nástroje do libovolné bankovní instituce, ve kterém je nejprve sestaven proces implementace podle postupů vybrané organizace, jenž je následně generalizován tak, aby jej bylo možné použít i v jiných bankovních institucích.Závěrem je zhodnoceno dosažení stanovených cílů a je zde předložen pohled na možný vývoj v této oblasti, či případná omezení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to present and analyse one of the current trends of transition to a cloud solution that focuses on the area of project management in a banking institution. Project implementation takes place in any organization, whether managed or intuitive. At present, great emphasis is placed on optimizing business costs, and one step is to reduce fixed costs to the employee's workplace by moving to a shared workplace or teleworking. To successfully achieve this goal, it is necessary to have a suitable tool that allows the project team to operate regardless of the platform used or the physical location of the worker.The first main objective is therefore to define the requirements for the tool, which are based on the practical needs of the organization. Subsequent analysis of the market for these tools allow to select several suitable candidates, which are then analysed in more detail and evaluated according to predetermined evaluation criteria. From this comparison, the tool that achieved the best rating is selected.The second main objective is then to compile the process of implementation of the selected tool into any banking institution, where the implementation process is first compiled according to the procedures of the selected organization, which is then generalized so that the process can be used in any banking institutions.In conclusion, the achievement of the set objectives is evaluated and a view of possible development in this area or possible limitations are presented. |
