| Abstract: | Populace v České republice stárne a je třeba vypořádat se s úbytkem pracovních sil na trhu práce. Podobně jako v mnoha dalších vyspělých zemích i u nás představuje stárnutí populace jedno z nejaktuálnějších témat.Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě dostupných dat analyzovat současnou situaci na trhu práce z hlediska zaměstnanosti osob starších 50 let. Popsat možné důsledky vybraných variant opatření podporujících zaměstnanost na vývoj ekonomické aktivity těchto osob a vzájemně je porovnat.Zjištěné poznatky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro orientaci v problematice zaměstnanosti osob starších 50 let a pro výběr vhodných opatření, které budou mít příznivý vliv na vývoj ekonomické aktivity těchto osob. |

| Abstract: | The population in the Czech Republic is aging and it is essential to tackle the loss of working force in the labour market. Like the other developed countries, here in the Czech Republic the aging population belongs among the most relevant contemporary topics.This paper aims to analyse the current situation in the labour market based on the data available from the perspective of employment of workers aged 50 and above. To describe the possible impact of selected variations in precaution measures supporting employability and development of the economic activity of those individuals and simultaneously to compare the variations themselves.The findings presented in this paper can be used as a solid baseline to those exploring the problematic of employment among the population older 50 years of age and for the selection of suitable measures, which can positively influence the economic activity of the subjects. |
