| Abstract: | S rozvojem informačních a telekomunikačních technologií vzrůstá i počet softwarových aplikací, které se používají napříč organizacemi. Roste nejen počet aplikací, ale i počet uživatelů, kteří potřebují mít přístup k informačním zdrojům v rámci organizace. Dříve celková správa uživatelů, a jejich přístupů k informačním systémům v organizaci, se řešila vytvořením uživatele a hesla pro jednotlivé systémy. Znalost přihlašovacích údajů byla jediným kritériem pro posouzení autentičnosti uživatele.V dnešní době systém správy identit a přístupů uživatelů (Identity and Access Management, IAM) hraje klíčovou roli v reakci na tyto akcelerující změny. Tento systém nám v podstatě umožňuje lépe spravovat, organizovat a doručovat identifikační údaje. Systém IAM je zodpovědný za udržování, poskytování, autorizaci a ověřování totožnosti. V této práci jsou popsané mezinárodní standardy, které zapříčinily vývoj a ovlivnili systém správy identit a přístupů uživatelů v organizaci, rozebírá se systém IAM, jeho funkční komponenty a organizační kontext, do kterého tento systém by měl být zabudován. Práce se také zaměřuje na analýzu a automatizaci vybraných procesů IAM v konkrétní organizaci a následujícím provedením navržené automatizace pomocí nástrojů platformy ServiceNow. |

| Abstract: | With the development of information and telecommunication technologies, the number of software applications used across the organization has also increased. Not only is the number of applications growing, but also the number of users who need to have access to information resources within the organization.Previously, the overall management of users and their access to information systems in the organization was addressed by creating a user and password for each system. Knowledge of credentials was the only criterion for assessing the user's authenticity.Today, the Identity and User Access Management (IAM) system plays a key role in responding to these accelerating changes. In essence, this system allows us to better manage, organize and deliver user identity information. The IAM system is responsible for maintaining, providing, authorizing, and verifying identity.This work describes the international standards that caused the development and influence of the system of identity management and user access in the organization, discusses the IAM system, its functional components and organizational context in which this system should be built. The work also focuses on the analysis and automation of selected IAM processes in a particular organization and the subsequent implementation of the proposed automation using the tools of the ServiceNow platform. |
