| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout architekturu systému pro podporu alokace lidských zdrojů v rámci projektového řízení organizace. V první části práce jsou popsány stěžejní charakteristiky týkající oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a alokace lidských zdrojů v projektovém řízení, včetně současných problémů a jejich možných řešení. Dále se tato práce zabývá současnými řešeními pro alokaci lidských zdrojů v rámci projektů organizace a samotnou architekturou systému pro podporu alokace lidských zdrojů v projektovém řízení. Následně je vytvořená architektura systému využita a popsána v reálné společnosti, včetně grafického znázornění dosažených výsledků. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky práce. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the thesis is to design the architecture of the system to support the allocation of human resources within the project management of the organization. The first part describes the key characteristics of human resource management and allocation of human resources in project management, including current problems and their possible solutions. Furthermore, this thesis deals with current solutions for the allocation of human resources within the projects of the organization and the architecture of the system to support the allocation of human resources in project management. Subsequently, the created system architecture is used and described in a particular company, including a graphical representation of the achieved results. The conclusion summarizes the achieved results of work. |
