| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem reprodukčních preferencí z pohledu mužské plodnosti v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat na aktuálních datech přístup k rodinnému chování z mužské perspektivy. A to zejména z toho důvodu, že i muži mají vlastní reprodukční plány, které mohou ovlivnit ženské reprodukční chování.První část je věnována teoretickému úvodu do této problematiky. Nejprve je zde uvedena rešerše literatury, která má za cíl s hlavními zjištěními uvést tuto tématiku do celkového kontextu. Dále jsou zde sepsány základní pojmy, které jsou spojené se změnou rodinného chování. Také je zde uvedeno, z jakého důvodu se nevyskytují muži v českých statistikách. V neposlední řadě je zde sepsáno, jaký význam má role otce v kontextu změn reprodukčního chování. Analytická část se věnuje v první kapitole obecnému shrnutí již dostupných dat o mužské plodnosti. Druhá analytická kapitola se zabývá vývojem sladění rodinného a pracovního života. Poslední část práce se věnuje analýze dat na základě vlastního šetření. Z výpovědí respondentů bylo možné vyhodnotit současné hodnotové postoje k rodinnému životu, reprodukční plány mužů a jejich preference v rodinném a pracovním životě. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the research of reproductive preferences from male perspectivity of fertility in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to analyse on the current data approach to family behavior from a male perspective. This is mainly due to the fact that men also have their own reproductive plans, which can influence women's reproductive behaviour.The first chapter is devoted to a theoretical introduction to the subject. First of all, there is a literature research, which aims to put this topic into the overall context with the main findings. Further, there are written the basic concepts that are associated with a change in family behavior. It also states why men do not appear in Czech statistics. In this chapter is also described the importance of the role of the father in the context of changes in reproductive behavior.In the first chapter of the analytical part is a general summary of already available data on male fertility. The second analytical chapter deals with reconciliation between work and family lifeThe last part of the work deals with analysis of data based on own research. From the statements of the respondents, it was possible to evaluate the current value attitudes to family life, reproductive plans of men and their preferences in family and work life. |
