| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá finanční a strategickou analýzou podniku, který prochází reorganizací. Cílem je objasnit silné a slabé stránky finančního řízení daného podniku ve vztahu k faktorům okolí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením využití a významů dílčích analýz. V praktické části jsou poté analýzy použity k popisu finanční situace podniku a objasnění faktorů okolí, které ji mohou ovlivňovat. Poslední část práce obsahuje zhodnocení finanční situace v kontextu prostředí a návrh finančních doporučení. |

| Abstract: | My thesis includes a financial and strategic analysis of a company undergoing reorganization. The aim of my thesis is to clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the financial management of this company in relation to external factors. The theoretical part of my thesis explains the use and importance of each subanalyses. In the practical part of my thesis, these subanalyses are then used to describe the financial situation of the company and to explain the external factors that may affect it. The last part of my thesis provides an evaluation of the financial situation in the context of these factors and proposes financial recommendations. |
