| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na principy manažerského rozhodování při problematice výběru vhodného nástroje na spolupráci virtuálních týmů. V první části jsou definovány kognitivní aspekty týmové spolupráce, včetně motivace týmů a zadávání úkolů. další části se definuje segmentace, která pomůže zavést společnost, na kterou se práce zaměřuje, do specifického segmentu na trhu. Potom při zpracování případové studie se už práce zaměřuje na nástroje pro spolupráci pro malé společnosti. Případová studie má za úkol analyzovat stávající stav společnosti a jejich problémy, dále pomocí vybraných metodik pro manažerské rozhodování procesuje výběr vhodného softwaru na spolupráci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the principles of managerial decision-making in the issue of selecting a suitable tool for the cooperation of virtual teams. The first part defines the cognitive aspects of teamwork, including team motivation and task assignment. The next section defines segmentation that will help introduce the company that the work focuses on to a specific segment of the market. Then, during the elaboration of the case study, the work focuses on tools for cooperation for small companies. The task of the case study is to analyse the current state of the company and their problems, and to process selected software for cooperation using selected methodologies for managerial decision-making. |
