| Abstract: | Tato práce se se zabývá návrhem koncepce eHealth pro Českou republiku s užším zaměřením na analýzu, zpracování a sdílení zdravotnických dat. Návrh koncepce je založen na provedení výzkumu mezi českými lékaři, analýzou současného stavu eHealth v Evropě a v České republice a analýzou současné strategie eHealth od Ministerstva zdravotnictví. Na základě těchto šetření je provedeno vyhodnocení vhodného modelu pro pokračování v zavádění eHealth v České republice. Jako výsledek je představena koncepce eHealth jakožto průnik všech vstupujících požadavků od různých stran, vznikne tedy koncepce eHealth se zaměřením zpracování a sdílení zdravotnických dat v ČR, což je hlavní cíl a přínos práce. Na závěr je nastíněn budoucí trend vývoje pro další desetiletí. |

| Abstract: | The focus of this thesis is the creation of the eHealth concept for the Czech Republic with a closer focus on the analysis, processing and sharing of health data. The draft concept is based on research among doctors, an analysis of the current state of eHealth in Europe, in the Czech Republic and an analysis of the current eHealth strategy from the Ministry of Health. Based on these surveys, an evaluation of the appropriate approach to continue the deployment of eHealth in the Czech Republic is performed. As a result of that, the concept of eHealth with the focus of processing and sharing health data in the Czech Republic is created, which is the main goal and benefit of the thesis. In the last part of the thesis, the future development trends for the next decade are forecasted. |
