| Abstract: | Od dob průmyslové revoluce koncentrace oxidu uhličitého v atmosféře exponenciálně roste, což má za následek globální oteplování planety. Na tyto klimatické změny reagovala Evropská komise přísnými regulacemi pro automobilové výrobce. Ti mohou stanovených limitů dosáhnout pouze pomocí elektrifikace svých portfolií. Mnohé státy, s Norskem v čele, se již vydaly na cestu elektrické revoluce a začaly elektromobilitu podporovat nejen finančními prostředky. Cílem této práce je navrhnout kroky, které povedou k podpoře rozvoje elektromobility v České republice, kde je automobilový průmysl jedním z hlavních pilířů ekonomiky. Rozšíření elektromobilů by pak vedlo nejen k naplnění nařízení Evropské komise, ale i k výraznému zlepšení kvality života. Do dotazníkového šetření se zapojilo 26 profesionálů, jejichž pracovní náplň určitým způsobem s elektromobilitou souvisí. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že by Česká republika měla elektromobilitu podporovat například systémem bonus-malus nebo postupnou elektrifikací městské hromadné dopravy. |

| Abstract: | Since the Industrial Revolution, the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is exponentially growing, which leads to the global warming of the planet. European Commission reacted to the climate changes by setting strict regulations for the automotive sector. The only way how car manufacturers can achieve these standards is by an electrification of their car portfolios. Norway being the leader, many countries started subsidizing electric vehicles in order to increase its popularity among people. The aim of this thesis is to come up with possible incentives that would help electric cars gain popularity in the Czech Republic, where the automotive sector is the main pillar of the economy. The massive adoption of electric vehicles would lead not only to fulfill the European limits but also to increase the general quality of life. The empirical part of this thesis consists of a questionnaire with 26 professionals whose work is somehow related to electromobility. The outcome of this research points out the benefits of electromobility. Thus the Czech Republic should subsidize electric vehicles for example with the system bonus-malus or electrification of the public transportation. |
