| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou kurzů typu Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). V rámci teoretické části je představena historie digitálního vzdělávání a dále samotná tematika MOOC. Práce je v této části zaměřena na vymezení důležitých pojmů a popsání historie a současnosti dané oblasti. Dále je zde představena přehledová kategorizace poskytovatelů těchto kurzů a v poslední kapitole teoretické části je pojednáváno o ekonomickém, technickém a vzdělávacím potenciálu kurzů tohoto typu. Praktická část je rozdělena na tři dílčí části – první dílčí část zkoumá MOOC aktivitu vybraných univerzit v České republice, druhá dílčí část popisuje možný postup při tvorbě MOOC kurzu a třetí dílčí část se věnuje doporučení pro MOOC aktivity Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou kurzů typu Massive Open Online Courses, prozkoumat aktivitu českých univerzit v rámci dané oblasti a prakticky nastínit, jak by tvorba MOOC kurzu mohla vypadat na půdě Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). The theoretical part introduces the history of digital education and the topic of Massive Open Online Courses itself. In this section the thesis focuses on defining important terms and describing the history of MOOC. Furthermore, there is a categorization of MOOC providers and the last chapter of the theoretical part discusses the economic, technical, and educational potential of courses of this type. The practical part is divided into three subparts – the first subpart examines the MOOCs activity of selected universities in the Czech Republic, the second subpart describes a possible process of creating a MOOC course and the third subpart introduces recommended MOOC activities for the University of Economics in Prague. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the topic of MOOC, explore the MOOC activities of Czech universities and practically outline how the creation of a MOOC course could look like in the case of the University of Economics in Prague. |
