| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem současných trendů v získávání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část poskytuje úvod do procesu získávání nových zaměstnanců. Dále referuje o současné situaci na pracovním trhu a následovně představují metody využívané během získávání nových zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového vyšetření, Cílem výzkumu je analýza současných metod v získávání zaměstnanců a jejich frekvence využití v praxi. Dále také zmapování zkušeností respondentů s metodami či technikami, které pomáhají firmám získat nové zaměstnance na dané pracovní pozice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of current trends in recruiting employees. The theoretical part provides the introduction into the process of recruiting new employees. Then it refers about the current situation on labour market and subsequently introduces methods, which are used during recruiting new employees. The practical part includes the results of the questionnaire survey. The goal of the research is the analysis of the current methods in recruiting employees and their frequency of their usage in practice. Furthermore the mapping of respondents‘ experience with methods or techniques which help the companies to recruit new employees for certain berth. |
