| Abstract: | Cílem mojí bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat mládež v práceschopném věku a zhodnotit vztah mezi jejich stylem používaní internetu a potenciálními problémy s výběrem profese a zaměstnáním, zjistit příčiny jejich případné závislosti na internetu a stanovit možnosti, jak je možné se tomuto jevu vyhnout. Problém je aktuální, protože nízká úroveň nezaměstnanosti je jedním z primárních ekonomických cílů každého státu. V teoretické části jsem prozkoumala příčiny vzniku netolismu a jeho druhy, celosvětovou statistiku používaní internetu a specifické případy internetové závislosti podle vybraných států (Česko, Rusko, Velká Británie, Japonsko, Jižní Korea). Praktickou část jsem věnovala dotazování žáků maturitních ročníků v českých školách ohledně jejich používání internetu a jistoty v jejich budoucím profesním rozvoji, s cílem najít korelaci mezi těmito dvěma oblastmi jejich života. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of my bachelor thesis is to analyze young people of working age to evaluate the relationship between their style of internet use and potential problems with career choice and employment, to find out the causes of their eventual internet addiction and how to avoid it. The problem is topical because low unemployment is one of the primary economic goals of each state. In the theoretical part I explored the causes of netolism and its types, worldwide statistics of internet use and specific cases of internet addiction by country (Czechia, Russia, Great Britain, Japan and South Korea). The practical part was devoted to the survey of pupils of the graduation age in Czech schools about their internet use and certainty in their future professional development, with the aim of finding a correlation between these two areas of their lives. |
