| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím strategické analýzy společnosti Broker Trust, a.s. zjistit příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky podniku a na jejich základě formulovat strategická doporučení. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku strategického řízení, popisuje metody a nástroje strategické analýzy, které jsou následně aplikované v praktické části na vybraný podnik. Strategická analýza je sestavena z vnějšího a vnitřního okolí podniku, kde ve vnějším prostředí jsou využity metody PESTE analýza, analýza odvětví, Porterův model pěti sil a ve vnitřním prostředí identifikace vnitřních zdrojů, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza a portfolio analýza. Získané poznatky z těchto metod jsou dále využity ve SWOT analýze a analýze rizika, které jsou následně zdrojem k navržení strategických doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses using the strategic analysis of Broker Trust, a.s. in order to form possible strategic recommendations. The theoretical part defines the issues of the strategic management, outlining methods and tools of the strategic analysis, which are then applied in the practical part. The strategic analysis is composed of the company’s external and internal environment, where the external environment is described using PESTE analysis, industry analysis, Porter's five forces whereas the internal environment is described using the identification of internal resources, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and portfolio analysis. In addition, the knowledge gained from these methods is further generated using SWOT analysis and risk analysis, which are the basis towards the proposed recommendations. |
