| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práce dětí v reklamě a showbyznysu. Jejím cílem je najít pozitiva a přínos, které vyplývají z reklamní činnosti dítěte. Teoretická část práce se zabývá zmiňovanou problematikou z pohledu odborné literatury. Je zde nastíněn rozdíl mezi legálními a nelegálními způsoby práce, dále jsou zde uvedeny právní náležitosti týkající se legální práce dětí v České republice. Okrajově zmiňuje také dětské soutěže krásy a na závěr poukazuje na možné psychické a fyzické problémy dětí způsobené prací v reklamě. Praktická část bakalářské práce vyhodnocuje výsledky provedeného výzkumu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with children's work issues in advertising and showbusiness. The aim of this work is to see if working in advertising can have a positive effect on the child psyche. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issues in question from a scientific literature. A distinction is outlined here between legal and illegal ways of working, as well as legal formalities relating to the legal work of children in the Czech Republic. It also mentions, marginally, children's beauty contest and, finally, highlights the potential psychological and physical problems of children caused by advertising work. The practical part of the bachelor thesis shows an evaluation of the result of the research carried out, concerning the influence of children's work in advertising. |
