| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem cenové a úhradové regulace v sektoruzdravotnických prostředků poskytovaných na poukaz. Tento segment trhu prošel v roce 2019největší změnou za dvě desetiletí, a to novelou zákona o veřejném zdravotním pojištění. Cílempráce bylo zhodnocení této problematiky v širším kontextu a kriticky posoudit podmínky danénovelou. Zdrojem pro práci byla odborná literatura, legislativa, zápisy ze schůzí Komise prokategorizaci a úhradovou regulaci a výroční zprávy pojišťoven. Z literární rešerše,makroekonomických analýz dalších zemí a analýzy novely bylo zjištěno, že má pozitivní dopadna většinu stakeholderů, vede k větší transparentnosti podnikatelského prostředí a zvyšujeefektivitu prostředků čerpaných z veřejného zdravotního pojištění. V neposlední řadě vznikKomise pro kategorizaci a úhradovou regulaci zdravotnických prostředků zlepšil proces tvorbyúhrad. |

| Abstract: | Theme of diploma thesis is price and reimbursement regulation in the communitymedical devices. In 2019 this market segment underwent the biggest change within two decadesdue to an amendment to the Public Health Insurance Act. The main goal was to evaluate thisissue in a broader context and critically assess conditions given by the amendment. Sources ofthesis were literature, legislation, meetings and annual reports of public healthcare insurancecompanies. Based on the literature research, macroeconomic analysis of other countries andreimbursement regulation analysis it was concluded, than it has a positive impact to moststakeholders, leads to greater transparency of the business environment and great efficiency ofpublic health insurance funds. Last, but not least, the establishment of the Committee forcategorization and reimbursement regulation of medical devices has improved thereimbursement process. |
