| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na datovou etiku a na její vliv na datovou architekturu v podniku. Práce se věnuje konceptu datové etiky a velkých dat, standardům definujícím ochranu osobních údajů jako GDPR, včetně definice osobních údajů, práv subjektů údajů, odpovědnosti firem při uchovávání citlivých údajů a vlivu GDPR na zpracování dat v podniku. Dále se věnuje správě dat v podniku (Data Managementu a Data Governance) a hlavně datové architektuře, včetně její souvislosti s metadaty a Master Data Managementem, a analytickým architekturám v rámci podnikových BI řešení.Primárním cílem práce je popsat datovou etiku a datovou architekturu, vytvořit spojení mezi těmito dvěma oblastmi a identifikovat, jak se datová etika promítá do datové architektury.V rámci plnění cíle práce je téma datové etiky v několika pohledech navázáno na datovou architekturu, a to ve třech částech, kterými jsou: promítnutí datové etiky obecně do oblasti datové architektury, požadavky na metadata a Master Data Management z hlediska datové etiky a promítnutí datové etiky do řešení datové architektury analytických systémů. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis focuses on Data Ethics and its impact on Data Architecture in businesses. The thesis covers the concepts of Data Ethics and Big Data, standards defining the protection of personal data such as the GDPR, including the definition of personal data, the rights of data subjects, responsibilities of those storing sensitive data and the impact of GDPR on the processing of data in an enterprise. Furthermore, it covers Enterprise Data Management and Data Governance and puts special focus on Data Architecture, including its links with Metadata and Master Data Management, and also on analytical data architectures within BI solutions.The main aim of this thesis is to describe Data Ethics and Data Architecture, to create an association between these two topics and to identify how Data Ethics projects itself into Data Architecture.As part of fulfilling the aim of this thesis, the topic of Data Ethics is associated with Data Architecture from different viewpoints in these three parts: the general impact of Data Ethics on a few of Data Architecture areas, the requirements for Metadata and Master Data Management in accordance with Data Ethics, and the influence of Data Ethics on Data Architecture solutions for analytical (BI) systems. |
