| Abstract: | Správně nastavená interní firemní komunikace může být pro společnost nemalou konkurenční výhodou. Problémem však je, že spousta společností nevěnuje vnitropodnikové komunikaci dostatečnou pozornost. Cílem této práce je určit, jaký je vhodný způsob komunikace vzhledem k organizační struktuře společnosti za pomoci provedení dotazníkových šetření ve 2 online marketingových společnostech. Ze získaných dat vyplynulo, že ani v jedné ze zkoumaných společností není komunikace nastavena správně. Největší nedostatky byly zjištěny u komunikačních nástrojů, zejména porad. |

| Abstract: | Internal corporate communication set properly can be a significant competitive advantage for a company. The problem is that many companies do not pay enough attention to internal communication. The bachelor thesis aims to determine what is a suitable communication with respect to an organizational structure of a company. The data set is based on conducting questionnaire surveys in 2 online marketing companies. The obtained data showed that the communication is not set up correctly in any of the examined companies. The biggest shortcomings were found in communication tools, especially meetings. |
