| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na příspěvkové organizace zřízené obcemi. Cílem bylo analyzovat financování příspěvkových organizací se zvláštním zaměřením na vztah neinvestičního příspěvku a osobních nákladů. Práce zprvu shrnuje možnosti poskytování veřejných služeb. Dále je zaměřena na problematiku příspěvkových organizací se zapojením příslušných zákonů. Práce obsahuje analýzu příspěvkových organizací zřízených městem Příbramí se zaměřením na zdroje financování a jejich hospodaření. Nakonec byla provedena kointegrační analýza vztahu mezi neinvestičním příspěvkem a náklady na zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on contributory organizations established by municipalities. The aim of this thesis has been to analyze the financing of contributory organizations with a special focus on the relationship between non-investment contribution and personal costs. Initially the thesis summarizes the possibility of providing public services. In addition it is focused on the issue of contributory organizations with the involvement of the relevant laws. This thesis includes analysis of contributory organizations established by the city of Příbram with a focus on the sources of financing and their economy. In the end there was the cointegration analysis of the relationship between the non-investment contribution and employee cost carried out. |
