| Abstract: | Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou User Experience (UX) so zameraním na testovanie použiteľnosti mobilných aplikácií a webových stránok. V teoretickej časti popisuje práca pojmy týkajúce sa UX oblasti a ich vzájomné vzťahy. Poukazuje tiež na trendy v tejto oblasti, na dôležitosť pozitívneho užívateľského zážitku s produktom, ale aj na prípady zneužitia UX dizajnu. Ďalšia kapitola sa zaoberá testovaním aplikácií a vyčlenením testovania UX. Podrobne popisuje tiež metódy a postupy UX testovania. Nasledujúca kapitola práce popisuje a vysvetľuje pojem testovanie použiteľnosti, jeho typy a postupy. Praktická časť sa zaoberá testovaním mobilných aplikácií pre iOS a Android, a tiež webovej stránky študentského projektu, carsharingu Uniqway. Po predstavení projektu a pôvodného stavu aplikácie a webovej stránky práca popisuje priebeh príprav, výber metódy testovania, scenár a samotné testovanie Uniqway. Cieľ práce je následne naplnený analýzou výsledkov z testovania, identifikovaním najzávažnejších problémov, určením priorít ich riešenia, riešením nájdených problémov a práca je zakončená návrhom zmien odporúčaných pre aplikáciu a webovú stránku Uniqway. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the subject of User Experience (UX) with a focus on usability testing of mobile applications and websites. The theoretical part describes terms related to the UX topic and their interrelationships. It also points out trends in this area, the importance of a positive user experience with the product, but also cases of misuse of UX design. The next chapter deals with application testing and discusses why is UX testing different. It also describes in detail the methods and processes of UX testing. The following chapter describes and explains the concept of usability testing, its types and processes. The practical part deals with testing iOS and Android mobile applications, as well as the website of the student project, carsharing Uniqway. After introducing the project and the original state of the application and the website, the work describes the course of preparations, the choice of testing method, the testing scenario and the Uniqway testing itself. The aim of the work is then fulfilled by analysing the results of testing, identifying the most serious problems, determining the priorities of their solutions, solving the problems and the thesis ends with suggestions of changes recommended for the application and the Uniqway website. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou User Experience (UX) se zaměřením na testování použitelnosti mobilních aplikací a webových stránek. V teoretické části popisuje práce pojmy týkající se UX oblasti a jejich vzájemné vztahy. Poukazuje také na trendy v této oblasti, na důležitost pozitivního uživatelského zážitku s produktem, ale i na případy zneužití UX designu. Další kapitola se zabývá testováním aplikací a vyčleněním testování UX. Podrobně popisuje také metody a postupy UX testování. Následující kapitola práce popisuje a vysvětluje pojem testování použitelnosti, jeho typy a postupy.Praktická část se zabývá testováním mobilních aplikací pro iOS a Android, a také webové stránky studentského projektu, carsharingu Uniqway. Po představení projektu a původního stavu aplikace a webové stránky práce popisuje průběh příprav, výběr metody testování, scénář a samotné testování Uniqway.Cíl práce je následně naplněn analýzou výsledků z testování, identifikováním nejzávažnějších problémů, určením priorit jejich řešení, řešením nalezených problémů a práce je zakončena návrhem změn doporučených pro aplikaci a webovou stránku Uniqway. |
