| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na agresi na pracovišti, konkrétně na mobbing, bossing, staffing a sexuální obtěžování a její prevenci. Součástí teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se vztahů na pracovišti, a s tím souvisejících konfliktů, agrese a výše uvedených pojmů. Praktická část je založena na výzkumném šetření, které je zacílené na odlišnosti agrese na pracovišti ve státní správě oproti soukromému sektoru. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma Thesis is aimed to the aggression in the workplace, specifically to the mobbing, bossing, staffing, sexual harassment and its prevention. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic terms regarding the relations in the workplace, conflicts, aggression and the above mentioned terms. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey, which is aimed at the aggression differences in the workplace between the state administration and the private sector. |
