| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty společnosti Koutný spol. s.r.o. k datu ocenění 31. 12. 2018 pro interní účely společnosti. Hlavní metodou pro stanoveni tržní hodnoty bude, po posouzení splnění předpokladu going concern, metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě DCF entity. Na začátku práce budou nejprve shrnuty úvodní informace a specifika oceňované společnosti, dále budou provedeny finanční a strategická analýza, na základě kterých budou prognózovány generátory hodnoty a sestaví se finanční plán. Poslední část bude tvořit samotné ocenění společnosti metodou DCF entity, jako kontrolní metoda ocenění bude použita též metoda tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to determine the market value of Koutný spol. s.r.o. as of December 31st, 2018 (valuation date) for the internal purposes of the company. The main approach for the business valuation, after confirming the going concern assumption, will be discounted cash flow method, DCF entity in particular. The first part of the thesis will be the description of the valued company and its specifics. Furthermore, financial and strategic analysis will be conducted, whose results will be used for the value generators forecast and the financial plan compilation. The last part will consist of the valuation of the firm using DCF entity method and the comparables approach as the control method. |
